As a private non-profit organization, MCCA welcomes charitable contributions to provide services to those who are in need and do not have the ability to pay. Each day MCCA cares for people who are uninsured or underinsured. We are able to provide this charitable care service thanks to the generosity of our donors.
Midwestern Connecticut Council on Alcoholism (MCCA Inc.) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization as described by the Internal Revenue Service. We are grateful for any and all donor support.
How to Give:
Your interest in making a tax-deductible contribution to MCCA will provide much needed services. Your gift, in any amount, is greatly appreciated.
Cash Contributions: The simplest way to make a gift. You may write a check payable to MCCA in any amount. If you are interested in supporting a specific program or service, you can designate the gift for that purpose. If you work for a company which has a matching gift program, your gift is worth even more. Simply enclose the appropriate form along with your check and we will complete our portion and return the form to your organization.
Memorial Gifts and Tributes: You can make a gift of cash or securities in honor of or in memory of a loved one or friend. An acknowledgement card will be sent to the family acknowledging your gifts.
Gifts of Stock: You can make a gift of stock to MCCA. Its value on the day you transfer it is considered you tax-deductible contribution.
Sponsorship Opportunities: You may wish to make a contribution to one of our Annual events. One is the Golf Tournament (held in July) and the other is a Dinner (held in November).This will give you and your business sponsorship opportunities and exposure to the Community for your generosity. We will have more information about these events as they become available.
