MCCA Continues to Rank as One of Connecticut’s Top Substance Abuse Facilities in the DMHAS 2012 Client Satisfaction Survey
MCCA was among the highest ranking substance abuse facilities in Connecticut in a 2012 Consumer Survey conducted by DMHAS (Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services).
This year marks the eleventh year that DMHAS and their provider community have been administering the Consumer Satisfaction Survey. This annual survey report provides DMHAS with invaluable information about the performance of our healthcare system. MCCA is proud to have received a 98% approval rating in the General Satisfaction Domain by Provider.
