What is an Employee Assistance Program?

 Our EAP program provides highly professional, confidential help when you need assistance with personal problems. All employees and immediate family members are eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance Program.

Personal problems can be many things from marital/family difficulties, health concerns, emotional and stress-related, or problems with drug or alcohol. These issues can impact you negatively on many levels including, job performance, financial security, physically and mental health, as well as the impact upon family members, friends and co-workers.

It is the goal of the Employee Assistance Program to resolve your problems before they negatively impact your work performance in a significant manner.
