Treatment Options
Waterbury Outpatient – Treatment for Alcohol & Drug Addiction
Our Waterbury Outpatient Clinic offers a full-range of outpatient treatment options for those dealing with addiction. From individual to group to intensive outpatient (IOP), our supportive therapies help clients to recognize their triggers and destructive behavior and begin to create the positive changes leading to a healthier lifestyle and improved sense of well-being.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) is ideal for individuals unable to enter a residential program due to work and family obligations. One of our most popular groups for individuals struggling with drug or alcohol addiction, IOP meets three times a week for three-hour sessions. Groups are usually offered during day and evening, however, it is best to call the clinic to confirm current schedules.
Our specialized groups help to address specific issues such as anger management and relapse prevention, and most of our groups are gender specific and trauma-informed.
“The counselors here are awesome. I’ve never been to a place I really felt people cared. After so many years and doctors, they helped me to help myself. I had no intention of getting clean. They got me there.”
